By participating in HUNT21 (“the Hunt”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate.

1. Promoter

HUNT21 (“the Promoter”) operates the HUNT21 treasure hunt in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation in HUNT21 is open to individuals of all ages.

  • To claim any prize, participants must be aged 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Proof of age and/or written guardian consent may be required prior to prize release.

  • Employees, immediate family members, or associates of the Promoter or participating sponsors may be excluded at the Promoter’s discretion.

  • Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Nature of the Hunt

  • HUNT21 is a skill-based treasure hunt, not a game of chance.

  • Winners are determined by successfully solving clues and completing the Hunt in accordance with the rules.

  • No purchase is required to participate.

4. How to Participate

  • Clues are released via official HUNT21 channels (including website and social media).

  • Participants must follow all instructions exactly as provided.

  • Any attempt to cheat, exploit, interfere with, or bypass the Hunt’s intended design may result in immediate disqualification.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes may include sponsored goods, vouchers, experiences, or recognition.

  • Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted unless stated.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

6. Winner Verification

  • Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility.

  • Where a winner is under 18, written consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required.

  • Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Conduct & Safety

Participants must:

  • Respect public and private property

  • Obey all laws, regulations, and signage

  • Not trespass, vandalise, harass, or endanger themselves or others

Participation is at your own risk.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for injuries, losses, damages, or claims incurred while participating.

8. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions

  • Engages in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour

  • Interferes with the Hunt or other participants

  • Provides false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

  • All HUNT21 content, clues, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of the Promoter.

  • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Hunt content without prior permission.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the HUNT21 Privacy Policy.

  • Information is used solely to administer the Hunt, verify winners, and contact participants.

  • By participating, you consent to the use of your name or likeness for promotional purposes if you win, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation or prize use.

  • Participation in HUNT21 is entirely at your own risk.

12. Changes, Suspension & Cancellation

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Hunt at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes will be communicated via official HUNT21 channels.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
